- General description: Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.[1]
- Application: Nukol™ Capillary GC Column may be used in the quantitative determination of C2-C8 free carboxylic acids in dairy products by gas chromatography.[2] It may also be used for the determination of the free concentration of valproic acid in human plasma by equilibrium dialysis followed by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and capillary gas chromatography.[3]
