  • Biochem/physiol Actions: Procarbazine is an antineoplastic alkylating agent widely used in cancer chemotherapy in combination with other compounds. It has multiple mechanisms of action. Procarbazine inhibits protein, RNA and DNA synthesis in addition to being an alkylating agent.
