Description

  • Reconstitute in 100 μL of sterile water
  • Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material
  • Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8 °C
  • After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent
  • Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability
  • Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles
  • This gene was identified based on homology to Pichia pastoris GSA7 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae APG7
  • In the yeast, the protein appears to be required for fusion of peroxisomal and vacuolar membranes
  • The protein shows homology to the ATP-binding and catalytic sites of the E1 ubiquitin activating enzymes.
