- Applications Reported: MQ2-13A5 has been reported for use in intracellular flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: This MQ2-13A5 antibody has been tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells
- The FITC conjugated MQ2-13A5 is offered in 2 formats: - μg size: This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 μg per test
- A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL
- Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test
- It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest
- - test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human perippheral blood cells
- This can be used at test size: 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test
- A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL
- Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test
