Test Specificity
Detects human Semaphorin 6D in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Semaphorin 6C is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 6B is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 3A, rhSemaphorin 3B, recombinant mouse (rm) Semaphorin 3E, rmSemaphorin 3F, rhSemaphorin 3A, and rhSemaphorin 7A is observed.
