In direct ELISAs and Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-1 Rrp2 is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-1 RI, rmIL-1 RII, rhIL-1 RAcP, rmIL-1 R5, rmIL-1 R7, and rmIL-1 RAPL1 is observed.
