Test Specificity
Detects mouse EphA6 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat EphB1 is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human EphA1, A5, recombinant mouse EphA2, A3, A4, A7, A8, B2, B3, B4, or B6 is observed.
