Test Specificity
Detects recombinant canine IL-4 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine IL-4 is observed, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-13 is observed, and no cross-reactivity with IL-4 from human, cat, mouse, rat, or cotton rat is observed.
