- This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Murine LIX (CXCL6) (500-P146Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine LIX (CXCL6)
- Western Blot: To detect Murine LIX (CXCL6) by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1- 0.2 μg/mL
- Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Murine LIX (CXCL6) is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
- CXCL6 is a chemotactic for neutrophil granulocytes
- It signals through binding and activation of its receptors (CXCR1 and CXCR2)
- In addition to its chemotactic and angiogenic properties, it has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (90-fold-higher when compared to CXCL5 and CXCL7).
