Detects human Cathepsin V in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cathepsin C is observed, less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhCathepsin A, rhCathepsin D, rhCathepsin X/Z/P, rhCathepsin S, and rhCathepsin L is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCathepsin K is observed. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhCathepsin K is observed.
