Detects mouse IL-2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-2 and recombinant cotton rat IL-2 is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-2, recombinant canine IL-2, recombinant feline IL-2, recombinant equine IL-2, recombinant bovine IL-2, and recombinant porcine IL-2 is observed.
