Detects mouse IL-1 RI in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-18 R is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with rmIL-18 R beta , recombinant human IL-1 RI, and recombinant rat IL-1 Rrp2 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmIL-1 RII is observed.
