Detects human TRAIL R3/TNFRSF10C in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) TRAIL, rhTRAIL R1, rhTRAIL R2, rhTRAIL R4, rhTNF-alpha , and rhTNF-beta is observed. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhTRAIL R1, rhTRAIL R2, and rhTRAIL R4 is observed.
