Detects human and mouse Frizzled-4 in Western blots. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-1, -2, -3, -6, -7, or -8 is observed. In flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry, this antibody also detected Frizzled-4 on mouse differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3, and also on human HEK293 cells.
