Detects human ICAM-3/CD50 in Western blots. ICAM-3/CD50 was found not to recognize CHO cells expressing the human ICAM-1 protein. ICAM-3/CD50 was found to recognize CHO cells expressing the human ICAM-3 protein. The epitope for ICAM-3/CD50 is located on domain 4 of the human ICAM-3 molecule.
