Description
- Clone HI10a reacts with the human form of the 100kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as the common acute lymphoblasticleukemia antigen (CALLA)
- CD10 is expressed on granulocytes, a subset of B-cell progenitors, germinal center cells and fibroblasts
- Clone HI10a also cross-reacts with a subset of peripheral blood granulocytes of baboon, and both rhesus and cynomolgus macaque monkeys
- The reactivity pattern on granulocytes is similar to that observed with peripheral blood granulocytes from normal human donors.
