Description

  • The 30C7 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to CD229.1, the Ly-9.1 (Lgp-100a) surface glycoprotein alloantigen found on most thymocytes, peripheral T and B cells, bone marrow lymphoid cells, hematopoietic progenitors, and lymphomas of most strains (e.g., AKR, Balb/c, CBA, SJL)
  • 30C7 mAb does not react with the Ly-9.2 alloantigen expressed on mice derived from the C57/J line (e.g., C57BL, C57BR, C57L, C58)
  • The antibody was conjugated to BD Horizon™ BUV395 which is part of the BD Horizon Brilliant™ Ultraviolet family of dyes
  • This dye has been exclusively developed by BD Biosciences to have minimal spillover into other detectors, making it an optimal choice for multicolor flow cytometry
  • With an Ex Max at 348nm and an Em Max at 395nm, BD Horizon BUV395 can be excited with a 355nm laser and detected with a 379/28 filter.
