Detects human Kininogen Light Chain in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, it reacts with the full length (amino acids 19-644) and two forms of the light chain starting at amino acids 390 and 438, respectively, and does not react with theE. coli-expressed D5/Kininostatin. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cystatins A, B, C, D, E/M, F, S, SA, SN, rhFetuins A, B, rhHPRG, or recombinant mouse Kininogen is observed.
