Test Specificity
Detects mouse IL-28B/IFN-lambda 3 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-28A/IFN-gamma 2 and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-28A or rhIL-29 is observed. This antibody neutralizes 100% of the bioactivity of rmIL-28A/IFN-gamma 2.
