Detects cotton rat IL-1 alpha/IL-1F1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) IL-1 alpha is observed and 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-1 alpha is observed.
