This antibody detects both the pro- and active-Caspase 9 forms. In western blots, the proform of caspase-9 is detected at ∼50 kDa, the large subunit at ∼35 kDa, and the small subunit at ∼15 kDa. Intermediate caspase-9 cleavage forms may also be seen at ∼21 kDa.
