This polyclonal antisera recognizes the proform of caspase-9 (∼50 kDa), and the large (∼35 kDa) and small (∼15 kDa) subunits of active/cleaved Caspase-9. Intermediate caspase-9 cleavage forms may also be seen at ∼21 kDa.
