Test Specificity
By ELISA, this antibody shows cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCP1 and recombinat mouse MIP1 alpha. In addition, it does not cross-react with other chemokines tested: rmC10, rhENA78, rhGRO alpha, rhGRO beta, rhGRO gamma, rmJE, rhI309, and rhIL8. This antibody neutralizes the biological activity of recombinant human MCP-2. Shows <20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCP-1 and recombinant mouse MIP-1a.
