Description

  • This antibody is specific for SG2NA
  • It does not cross-react with Striatin
  • SG2NA was identified as a human cancer autoantigen and has now been implicated in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction
  • It is highly related to striatin and zinedin
  • It is a scaffolding protein that binds PP2A A and C subunits as well as the human homolog of the yeast protein, Mob1, which has been implicated in control of mitotic progression in yeast
  • It also binds calmodulin and appears to modulate PP2A activity.
