- Preparation: This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Rat IL1R1 (Met1-Lys352) and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed
- Storage: This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for twelve months without detectable loss of activity
- Protected from prolonged exposure to light
- Do not freeze! Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly
- Flush with large volumes of water during disposal
- The IL-1 system includes two agonists (IL-1 and IL-1), converting enzymes, antagonists, two receptors (IL-1 RI and IL-1 RII) and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein
- Interleukin-1 signal is transduced through the type I receptor.
