Description

  • Specificity: The antibody binds to human and rat NgR1 with a Kd of 2.9 nM for both species (bivalent binding)
  • NOGO (RTN4R) is a receptor for RTN4, OMG, and MAG
  • Its signaling mediates activation of Rho and downstream reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton
  • NOGO also mediates axonal growth inhibition and may play a role in regulating axonal regeneration and plasticity in the adult CNS
  • In addition, NOGO acts with RTN4 and LINGO1 to regulate neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development.
