- The Neon™ Transfection System 100 μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the MPK5000
- Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 μL, containing 5 × 10 5 –2 × 10 6 adherent cells or 1 × 10 6 –5 × 10 6 suspension cells
- Cells that have been transfected using the included 100μL Neon™ Tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a 6-well, 60 mm, or 10 cm culture dish, depending on your protocol.
