- Application: 20:4 (cis) PC or 1,2-diarachidonoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine might be used:in lipid bilayer, to study its effect on membrane vesiculation by dynamin and endophilin[1]as a phosphatidylcholine (PC) standard to compare the extraction efficiency of the three tested solvent systems prior to liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) analysis[2]in low density lipid (LDL)-mimicking liposome as an alternative to LDL for evaluating the LDL-oxidation preventing antioxidants[3]
