- General description: C18:1 LPA is a bioactive lipid. This lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), soluble lipid is obtained from membrane phospholipid. It is present in blood plasma.[1]
- Application: C18:1 LPA is suitable to stimulate human embryonic kidney 293 cells (HEK 293) cells in luciferase assay.[1] It is also suitable to use as an additive in Dulbecco′s modified eagle medium (DMEM) for transwell migration assay, wound‐healing assay and cell proliferation assay.[2]
