- General description: Effect of tilorone dihydrochloride on the changes of transmembrane potential of mitochondrial membranes of the isolated rat hepatocytes has been investigated[1]. Tilorone dihydrochloride is an orally active, interferon-inducing antiviral agent[2].
- Application: Tilorone dihydrochloride was used to study the interaction of drugs with synthetic self-complementary DNA by SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance)[3].
