  • Application: sSPhos Pd G2 can be used as a water-soluble Pd-precatalyst in:DNA-compatible Suzuki-Miyaura reaction between DNA-linked aryl halides and various boronic acids/esters including heteroaryl boronates[1].DNA-compatible hydroxycarbonylation reactions[2].The cross-coupling reaction between boronic ester and brominated cyclic nucleotide to synthesize cyclic adenosine and guanosine monophosphate in the presence of potassium phosphate and hydrochloric acid[3].
