Description
- The chiral stationary phase in β-DEX 120 columns contains permethylated β-cyclodextrin embedded in an intermediate polarity stationary phase
- They are recommended for the enantiomeric separation of a wide range of chiral compounds (ketones, esters, alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, acids, ethers, etc.)
- The 10% (β-DEX 110) and 20% (β-DEX 120) β-cyclodextrin content alters the elution order while maintaining similar enantioselectivity.
