Description

  • Application: Sodium metavanadate has been used as vanadium source in the microbial culture media to study vanadium reduction by mesophilic and thermophilic methanogens.[1]It can be used as a precursor in the preparation of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) coated carbon nanotubes.[2]It is also used to synthesize corrosion-inhibitive additives for organic coatings.[3]
