Description

  • Thermo Scientific™ Amine-Reactive DyLight Dyes are NHS ester-activated DyLight Fluors for fluorescent labeling of antibodies and other proteins to be used as molecular probes for cellular imaging and other fluorescence detection methods
  • The DyLight Dyes exhibit higher fluorescence intensity and photostability than Alexa™, CyDye™ and LI-COR™ Dyes in many applications and remain highly fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4-9)
  • Additionally, the water solubility of the DyLight Dyes allows a high dye-to-protein ratio without precipitation during conjugation
  • Highlights: Brightness: high-fluorescence intensity provides outstanding sensitivity and requires less conjugate Photostability: exceptional resistance to photobleaching enables fluorescence imaging under the most demanding conditions (e.g., structured illumination, 4pi microscopy) Instrument compatibility: emission spectra match the principal output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation
