• General description: NF2 is a tumor suppressor present in the nucleus and membranes of cells. NF2 modulates mitotic inhibition, and also regulates the adhesion and polarity of epithelial cells. Additionally, this protein facilitates contact inhibition . Anti-NF2 antibody is specific for NF2 in humans.
