Description
- Reconstitute in 100 μL of sterile water
- Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material
- Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8 °C
- After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent
- Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles
- Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability
- The protein encoded by this gene is an oxidoreductase belonging to the copper type II, ascorbate-dependent monooxygenase family
- It is present in the synaptic vesicles of postganglionic sympathetic neurons and converts dopamine to norepinephrine
- It exists in both soluble and membrane-bound forms, depending on the absence or presence, respectively, of a signal peptide.
