Detects human Carbonic Anhydrase XIII/CA13 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CA1, rhCA2, and rhCA3 is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with rhCA4, rhCA8, rhCA9, rhCA10, rhCA12, and rhCA14 is observed.
