Test Specificity
Detects mouse Siglec-3 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Siglec-7 and rhSiglec-9 and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Siglec-F, rmSiglec-2, rhSiglec-3, rhSiglec-5, and rhSiglec-10 is observed.
