Test Specificity
Detects human Siglec-6/CD327 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Siglec-3, rhSiglec-5 and rhSiglec-9 is observed, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-10 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-2, rhSiglec-7, and rhSiglec-11 is observed.
