Test Specificity
Detects human IL-38/IL-1F10 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-1ra and rhIL-1F5 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIL-1 alpha , rhIL-1 beta , rhIL-18, rhIL-1F6, rhIL-1F7, rhIL-1F8, and rhIL-1 F9 is observed.
