Description

  • Reacts with the human form of the 40-50kDa transmembrane cell surface Fas or Apo-1 antigen
  • The Fas/Apo-1 antigen is a polypeptide which plays a role in the programmed sequence of events leading to cell death, termed apoptosis
  • DX2 cross-reacts with a subset of peripheral blood lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes of baboon and both rhesus and cynomolgus macaque monkeys
  • The distribution on lymphocytes is similar to that seen with human peripheral blood lymphocytes being broadly expressed on all major lymphocyte subsets
  • This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis
  • Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature
  • Host Species: Mouse Clone: DX2 Isotype: IgG1, κ Cross Reactivity: Baboon, Cynomolgus Flow Cytometry
