- The 1053h2-18-1 antibody reacts with swine leukocyte antigen-DR (SLA-DR) expressed on subsets of pig B and T lymphocytes and monocytes, but not on granulocytes
- It also reacts with endothelial cells, Langerhans cells, thymocytes, and macrophages
- An interesting observation is that SLA-DR is preferentially expressed on CD8+ T cells
