- Recommended positive controls: human colorectal carcinoma
- This antibody can detect the presence of the tumor-associated antigen in the serum of patients with colorectal carcinoma, and was shown to react with mucin-like oncofetal pancarcinoma antigen, glycoprotein TAG-72 (MW: 220-400 kDa.)
- It detects human colorectal carcinoma in tissue, but does not react with negative control normal adult tissues tested such as liver, colon, breast, stomach, lymph node, and kidney
- This antibody is a marker for colon carcinoma's.
