Description

  • This monoclonal antibody CSTEM26 reacts with human CD318, also known as CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1) and Trask
  • Applications Reported: This CSTEM26 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
  • Applications Tested: This CSTEM26 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human induced pluripotent stem cells
  • This may be used at 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test
  • A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL
  • Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test
  • Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser
  • Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered
  • CDCP1 is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains
  • It is found to be overexpressed in colon and lung cancers
  • Its expression level is correlated with the metastatic ability of carcinoma cells
  • CDCP1 is located on the cell surface
  • It has been shown to be tyrosine phosphorylated in a cancer cell line
  • Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
