Description

  • For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL
  • Mouse anti Human CD79b antibody, clone AT105-1 recognizes an extracellular region of human CD79b, a cell surface antigen expressed by B lymphocytes
  • CD79b is the B cell antigen receptor Ig beta chain (BCR-Ig beta), which associates with B cell antigen receptor Ig alpha chain to form a functional heterodimer that interacts with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg)
  • The mIgM component binds antigen and the Ig alpha /I g beta heterodimer tranduces signals.
