  • Specifically detects PhosphoDetect™ Src Family (pTyr 416 ) Clone: in Chicken, Human, Mouse, Rat, Xenopus samples, and it is validated for Immuno Blotting The Scr family of protein kinases, including Src, Lyn, Fyn, Yes, Lck, Blk, and Hck, plays an important role in the regulation of growth and differentiation of eukaryotic cells
  • Lck is essential for T-cell activation and differentiation
  • Phosphorylation of Tyr 505 in the C-terminal tail results in downregulation of enzyme activity, while phosphorylation of Tyr 394 results in an upregulation of activity
  • Lyn is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cells and is important in signaling from multiple cell surface receptors, such as the B cell receptor (BCR) and CD40.
