Description
- Reacts with the 150kDa adhesion glycoprotein (p150, integrin α chain) expressed on NK cells, a subset of B and T cells, monocytes, granulocytes and macrophages
- It associates with CD18 to form the CD11c/CD18 complex, which binds fibrinogen and has been reported to be a receptor for iC3b and ICAM-1
- Reports indicate that CD11c/CD18 may play a role as an adhesion molecule which binds to receptors on stimulated epithelium
- The antibody is conjugated to BD Horizon™ V450, which has been developed for use in multicolor flow cytometry experiments and is available exclusively from BD Biosciences
- It is excited by the Violet laser Ex max of 406nm and has an Em Max at 450nm
