- Description: This KOR-SA3544 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD66c (also known as CEACAM6), which is one of the splice variants of CD66
- CD66c is expressed on endothelial and epithelial cells, as well as on neutrophils and monocytes
- Myeloma and cancer cells, such as B-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphomas, also express CD66c
- Moreover, expression of this receptor can be induced on T cells, B cells, and CD16-negative NK cells
- Like the other CD66 splice variants, CD66c is involved in cell adhesion and growth, neutrophil activation, and signaling
- Moreover, expression of CD66c in leukemic cells has been correlated with BCR/ABL1 rearrangement
- Finally, studies have shown that the CD66 variants interact with each other homo- and heterotypically
- Applications Reported: This KOR-SA3544 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: This KOR-SA3544 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells
- This may be used at 5 μL (0.06 μg) per test
